Our Approach
Not every business needs a full-time HR employee.
But every business needs confident, compliant and people‑centred HR.
At Frank HR Solutions, we provide senior HR expertise without the cost, commitment or complexity of employing in‑house. Our services are designed to flex with your business – whether you need strong HR foundations, an embedded HR partner, or specialist project support.
We focus on prevention, clarity and practical solutions that protect your business and support your people.
Our support grows as your business grows
We recognise that the HR support needed for one employee is very different to the support required for a growing team. Our pricing and service levels are deliberately designed to step up gradually, so there are no sudden jumps in cost as you hire.
Our retained support replaces the traditional HR employee with a trusted, experienced HR partner who knows your business and takes ownership of your people matters.
This is not call‑centre HR or generic advice. It is proactive, relationship‑led support tailored to your organisation.

How Employee Relations (ER) Support Works
Our monthly support packages are designed to cover day‑to‑day HR and early‑stage employee relations, helping managers deal with people issues confidently and compliantly before they escalate.
This includes guidance, documentation and manager support for matters such as absence, performance and conduct at informal and early formal stages.
Some employee relations matters are more complex and time‑intensive. To ensure these are handled properly (and sustainably), more formal or high‑risk cases are scoped separately or supported through a temporary uplift in service.
This approach provides clarity on costs, protects quality, and ensures the right level of HR support for each situation.
