Frank HR Solutions was founded by Bev Collins, Human Resource (HR) professional, with over 20 years of experience mostly working at a senior level. Frank HR Solutions aims to support startups and SMEs to unlock the potential of their people and transform working practices.

Bev is MCIPD qualified (the professional qualification for HR professionals). Bev gained the CIPD qualification in 2015 (Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development Level 7) and achieved Chartered CIPD status in 2016. In 2023, she achieved the British School of Coaching Level 7 certificate for coaching and mentoring.

Bev has spent many years supporting and coaching leaders and managers with complex HR issues, offering guidance and support through challenging situations and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Her experience covers all aspects of employee relations and beyond.
