Bev is MCIPD qualified (the professional qualification for HR professionals). Bev gained the CIPD qualification in 2015 (Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development Level 7) and achieved Chartered CIPD status in 2016. In 2023, she achieved the British School of Coaching Level 7 certificate for coaching and mentoring.
